As I stand before the mountain of my tasks,
each stone a responsibility,
each peak a deadline,
I feel the weight of overwhelm
pressing down on me.
But You, O God,
are the one who moves mountains,
who makes a way
where there seems no way.
So, I ask for Your strength
to take one step at a time,
to climb this mountain
with perseverance and grace.
Help me to see each task
as a step toward the summit,
and each completed item
as progress in Your sight.
When I slip and fall, catch me,
and remind me that with You,
I can rise again.
Let me not be discouraged
by the height of the mountain,
but inspired by the view
from each new vantage point.
And when I reach the top,
may I look back with gratitude,
knowing that with Your help,
I have overcome.
But also,
remind me that there will be another mountain,
and that life is a series of ascents and descents.
So, I will trust in Your constant presence,
guiding me through each terrain.
In the name of Jesus,
who faced the mountain of Calvary
and overcame death itself,
I pray,
Amen.
