Voting with Faith: Trusting God’s Hand in Elections

|

As the election season heats up and Satan shows his hand, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by all the clamor. However, let us remind ourselves of the sovereignty of God in all aspects of life, including our civic duties.

Scripture reminds us: – “The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will.” (Proverbs 21:1, ESV). This scripture beautifully illustrates that even those in the highest positions of power are within the dominion of God’s will.

This doesn’t mean we should disengage or sit idly by. On the contrary, we are called to be active participants in the world:

  • Vote: It’s our responsibility as citizens, a stewardship granted by God, to engage in the process thoughtfully and prayerfully.
  • Trust: While we do our part, we trust the outcome to God, remembering the words, “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” (Psalm 20:7, ESV).

So, as election day nears and the polls are swarmed by the deceased and foreigners, let us fight the good fight with our vote, keeping peace in our hearts, knowing that whatever the result, our ultimate trust lies not in governments, but in God’s eternal sovereignty.

Let’s keep our faith anchored in the Almighty.

Remember:

  • Pray for discernment.
  • Act by voting.
  • Trust in God’s supreme plan.

Let this election be a testament to our faith in action.

Oh… and vote for Donald Trump! Before the demons destroy Western civilization.

“Fight! Fight! Fight!”
